To be fit or to be thin. Which one will you prefer?
Above question will divide people into two categories:
- Wondering how both are different.
- They already know about the difference but unable to practice it in their lifestyles.
This Blog is for both categories of people.
Let’s start with the basics, what do you mean to be fit vs thin?
Biologically, Fitness means maintaining the born state of health or maintaining the genetics you’ve got from your parents.
In general, fitness is maintaining the present state of Happy you ‘Mentally’ and ‘Physically’.
Being thin works in a different way, if you want to be Thin and work towards it, you might get Physically fit but not Mentally.
Being fit does not mean loss of fat or becoming thin. You must maintain the real state of Happy you.
Enough motivation, let’s start the process of being and staying fit.

Fitness starts the day when you start thinking that you are good and want to be better. To become better you’ve to remember this quote “The road to health is paved with good intestines! “
Let’s start with basic things you should work on to be fit:
1. DIET: – Start with good food, which off course is tasty.

You should add complex food in your diet. Complex foods which take little more time to digest and keep your stomach full and provides you necessary nutrients.
Example: – Oat, Sprouts, Meat etc
2. EXERCISE: – Physical activity is must. Make sure to do some short of physical activity.

Nowadays our lifestyles are full of comfort. As; humans evolved from wild, so our body system needs physical work for at least 1 hour in a day.
3. DETOX: – Drink plenty of water to detox.

Example: – taking stairs, walking back to your home from bus stop etc
Our body, by design is capable to clear the toxic out of it. But it needs a medium to take that toxic out. Water plays the role of that medium.
Example: – water, tender coconut etc
There are so many factors that leads to in-toxicity inside our body, like not taking 4-5 hours gap in between meals, junk food intake and fasting for a day i.e., keeping your digestive system idle for long.
4. SKINCARE: – Lastly, take care of you skin and hair as well. It gets affected when you start losing fat.
Keep your skin hydrated while you’re losing weight or getting in shape.
Foremost, you’ve to understand your body first, what is working for your body and what is not.
Then, slowly you can see the changes that you were expecting.
There are no magic tricks to become fit overnight, but I can assure you, It will be a cake walk for you ones you find out what is working for you.
Remember, if you have spoiled your system for 2 years then give yourself at least 1 year to come back to the original state.
Nothing is impossible neither becoming fat/unhealthy nor becoming fit/thin.
